Andika spent 11 years leading commercial eCommerce strategy at Double-Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak and its sister properties, following commercial roles at Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts. Revenue, OTA strategy, and direct bookings are his home turf.
Intan holds a Master of Management (Business Management) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a career in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting for Bali property and hospitality businesses. She shows how compliant finance works in a real Bali operation.
Dela Hardiana · Business Development, Mekari
Before joining Mekari, Dela spent two years inside a Bali operation: revenue management, owner reporting and accounting at Bukit Vista, across more than 200 properties. She built weekly pricing strategies, ran monthly financial reporting for full-board villas, and closed partnerships with owners. She has sat on your side of this problem — which is why she talks about bookkeeping the way an operator does, not the way a vendor does.
